knot, an action for 10 performers , 2025
10 individuals stood in a circle, there was 5 pairs of 2, with each pair holding opposite ends of a piece of string 2 meters in length. the performance started with the pair who's string was on the bottom lifted each end and exchanged in the center, pulling the 5 strings tight together and creating the center of the knot. each pair after repeated the same motion 10 times, slowly closing the gap between pairs with each pass. the mass of loops that was formed is not truly knotted and is quite delicate.
the actions lasted for approximately 7 minutes, in which (by no direction of myself) almost no words were spoken, all communication happened through eye contact and gesture. most eyes were fixed on the growing knot in the center.

Sound Reservoir, 2024
Through my residency with the Centre for Art Tapes, I was able to create the frameworks for an online database of samples from many different environments. The database is free to access and download from, as well as is open to submissions from anyone.

Scores and performance. During my year-long residency with EVERYSEEKER, I created a series of scores, which culminated into printed matter pieces that served as the frameworks for a performance in June of 2024, under the name Gambol Together. The scores can be found here

originally a full-room installation, rear-projected on tulle. experiment in deriving and mutating polyrhythms, combinations were chosen at random by a generator. segments of natural sound played to achieve an understandable and meditative rhythm.
